I'm looking at trucks with around 100k on them and it seems most of them have a worn / ripped seat.

has anyone re upholstered / replaced their drivers seat

 

I haven't recovered them but I did buy a set of seat covers for mine last year to keep the abrasions etc down. They sit and look good but even with the straps under the seat, the drivers side seat does slide a little over time.
