They measure from where the camper meets the back of the cab to the back of the camper, atleast on the old models like that.Should fit no problem on a long bed, will have 3' over hang. Will need to have a trailer style plug to plug the lights into. I had that same model camper on a 84 f-350 dually regular cab

The camper is for a long bed and will have a 3' overhang. It's got a lot of water damage in the roof (the roof is coming down inside) and will have more damage in the walls and floor. Already stated about the dry rot around the jacks, being so old I'm sure there is a bunch of unseen trouble.
I gave away a 9.5' camper in a lot better condition.
4 Winds was a pretty well made camper and could still be in good condition if taken care of properly. Largest camper I've had was a 10' and still be able to pull a boat without resorting to extending trailer hitches. A 10ft camper with a trailer will get into the camper on tighter turns.
I've never had stability issues with a camper but I have always used either air bags or a heli-wig overload setup so side wind and and passing semi's on 2 land roads don't feel like they will knock you off your wheels.
Bottom line, unless you want to do a whole lotta work on a camper, I'd stay away from something like the one you linked to.
