Removin EGR pipe, Pipe thread plug in EXH manifold?
I do not have a working EGR system since I removed the Computer. I do have a Carb spacer from an older pre EGR 300 so all I would need to do is plug the hole in the Exhaust manifold to remove this pipe… is this a pipe thread? Can I get a plug at Home Depot?

Yes. When I put EFI manifolds on mine, I had to plug that off. I just carried the manifold into the store with me and tried them until I found one that fit. Got a few funny looks carrying it around, but it was fun.
If I remember right, (and I can sorta see in your picture), there are two sets of threads. The ones on the end of the pipe, and the ones in the manifold. There's like a threaded adapter between them. I couldn't find a plug that fit the pipe threads, only the manifold threads. If that makes sense.
