Question 1988 F250 Diesel Fuse Panel and Fuse Locations

Does anyone have the layout of the fuse panel for the 1988 Ford F250 Lariat Extracab Diesel? My windshield washer is not working.

Under the dash, specifically under the steering column. Large panel held in with 4 plastic thumb 'screws'.

The windshield is held on with a special silicone, it doesn't use washers.

That is funny, but more to the point, there is a big removable plastic access cover on the low dash under the steering wheel. Once removed i think there should be a fuse layout printed on the backside. If not you would need to refer to the owners manual, either in paper or online. 5 minutes on your favorite search engine should give you what you want.

Just to make sure, it does have washer fluid in it right? with the engine off and key on, have someone press the wash button while you listen at the resivior you should be able to hear it buzz or humm, if not, doubtless you found the first step, check the fuse, but also check the little plug at the resivior they can work loose and get gunk in there, especially if it leaks a little right there. If all that doesnt work, check to see that the switch is working as it should.
