The pros and cons would depend on the average use of the truck, I suppose. For off-roading and rock crawling, I'd say it looks like the best thing you could've done aside from hydrostatic propulsion. It appears you've done everything else to it, anyway =)
If it's a pavement truck, you apparently do not have to worry about getting Hondas, Jeeps and BMW's caught up on the linkage any more. The tires should be able to do all the work now. Great vehicle! Looks like a quality job, and something I wish I had, for sure. What gear ratios are you using?

the only problem I cn see is what happens when your suspention bottoms out it appears that the springs would hit the tie rod, and could cause some problems.
Just a thought though, i could only get one of the pictures do open up. the truck looks great.

Thanks guys!
I have alot of hard work in this baby.It feels good to hear someone say they like it.
I'm running 5.13's with a Power-lok diff.
I use this truck about 70% road and 30% on trails, down in the pine barrons in NJ.
It's a great truck......next is a BIG BLOCK buildup.
