Question 1990 F350 Tranny swap

I have a 1990 F350 that I am swaping transmissions in. The one I took out have the case numbers RF-FOTP-7006-BA on it and the one I am putting in has the case numbers RF-FOTP-7006-BB. I am wondering what the diff is on them. And the electrical connection on the valve body of last one I mentioned is a little smaller. Because when I try to connect the wiring harness it doesn't want to push down all the way. Need help!!!!!! lol

Ford updated the connectors on the MLPS and the solenoid block around 1995. Ford also made electrical changes on the solenoid block as well. Best advice is to swap your original solenoid block onto the newer transmission.
