Park assist problem

The park assist on my 05 Eddie Bauer is not working. When you put the vehicle in reverse, the park assist shows up in cluster as being "on" but there is never any beeping when approaching anything. I even stood behind each sensor with the park assist on and nothing. Anyone know where I would start to find the problem? Thanks

Seems odd you'd lose all of them at once, and if they were in fact not working you would get a "check park assist" message in the center. I'd say check the speaker.

It is in the back cargo area I think. I saw it in a post here a while back. Maybe try some searches on back up sensors and park assist.

When in reverse and something is near the sensors, the radio volume will lower, so I'm assuming the sensors are working....I guess I gotta find that speaker. Anyone know of an easy way to remove that plastic on the right rear?
