03 F150 SuperCrew 4BT Conversion

I pulled mine as a unit, but you definately have to pull the throttle body off to clear everything. It would be helpful to remove the plastic arcoss the top of the firewall as well. I broke a part of mine pulling the engine.

Cruise Control with my 4bt
I'm wondering how the cruise with work out with the 4BT. I will have a vacuum pump set up. I'll have the stock tack and alternator runing. I'll also use the Ford throttle cable. I still have all of the Stock cruise control stuff on it. Provided i get a bracket worked out, i don't see why it wouldn't work unless the VSS is a problem as i won't be runing the stock tranny.

Vacuum Lines- Where do they Go?
Okay, i've got this 03 with a cummins 4bt diesel engine in it. I have powersteering/vacuum pump setup i just put on my engine. I have one main hose that pulls vacuum. I need to hook it to my brake booster and the vacuum lines that control the ac etc. That is a set of read and green lines. I'd like to run it all off of the pump in lieu of putting a small PSD vacuum pump in it. That's just moe room taken up an something esle to wire in place. I may just need to find a vacuum diagram and build some sort of manifold to tie it all together. Any help much appreciated!

Radiator Help
I've got the 03 supercrew with a 38 x 18" radiator. I need a radiator that is about 16" tall. The 4bt runs pretty cool so it won't matter that i lose surface area. The deal is that it needs to be a radiator that has no cap with a resevior on the side. I'm needing it shorter to get the intercooler piping over the top of it.

Not much Progress
Well my should still ain't much good. It's coming along slow, but i've had no time to work on it anyway. I hope to get the mounts made up before 2013 gets here. Got a whole lot of little things to do.
Still got to figure out:
wiring harness for tranny (dodge) and the Ford one as well
intercooler/radiator/condensor mount
Got to finish putting sound barrier (aluminium backed tar)
make tranny mount
Shorten drive shaft
Get the ford tach and dodge cam sensor working
Gotta get the tank down, drained and remove the fuel pump/fix a pick-up line
Put the truck back together and pray that it all works great.

some progress
I got my radiator and innercooler married together. I won't have to cut any sheet metal except for the bottom radiator mounting brackets. I'm gonna cut a rectangle around the rubber gromet and move it out about 3/4 inch and weld it back in.
I've got some sound proof/heat shield done and mocked up my motor mounts. hope to finalize that next week. I've got to figure out how to use my crank sensor probe in combination with a custom steel plate bolted to my harmonic balancer to fool the pcm into registering my RPM. I can buy a kit for nearly 300, but i think it can be done without that.

VACUUM LINE HELP
Remembering my truck had a 4.6 in it. I am putting a 3.9 cummins diesel in it. My question is about the vacuum system. A turbo diesel does not generate vaccum so, my cummins has a vaccum/power steering pump combo. I have some vacuum lines i need to tie into the vacuum pump but not sure which ones to use and which ones to plug.
I have the main black line to the break booster
A black line going to a control on the drivers firewal that traces back to the fuel tank
A main plastic line that originates from the passenger firewall area that ties into a Red, Green and Yellow set of smaller hard plastic lines.
Which ones do i need to make, brakes, AC/Heater to work and which ones do i plug (EGR etc. )

Don't see a way to post up the video like my other forum, so here's a link.

My stock Tach now works I borrowed a diagnostic tool from a friend. It indicated no Power to PCM I found the "broken" connection and fired it up. The tach works beautifully. I had to hook the hot wire from the cam position sensor to the hot wire of the Crank position sensor and she works beautifully.
