4" Flowmaster Exhaust-$129.99

Hey, just thought I'd let everyone jknow that Autozone can get a 4" Flowmaster Exhaust, It a universal kit a requires a little cutting, and its from the back of the cab back, but it seems like a really good deal for 129.99, I have one on my F-350 with a 460( I know, its unnecessary) and it sounds great, I'd imagine anyone wanting a big exhaust on their IDI would be interested, so just stop by your local autozone, also they offer a 4->5" clamp on Flowmaster tip for 39.99. Just thought I'd let everyone know, enjoy.

The part number for these are:
-15929 for the exhaust
-15368 for the tip
also, If you decide to clamp the exhaust rather than weld it, the cheapest place i found clamps at was Advance Autoparts

Muffler..? What is this muffler thing you speak of?? I would say 4" is about right for a 460, especially if it has a chip / intake / headers those king of things. I was runnin dual 2.5" on my 77, quite a noticable difference, went from 1 7/8 primaries to 2" and 3" collector to 3.5", it wasnt quite stock tho. Anywho now that i realize im hijacking, thats not a bad price at all to run 4" over the axle, is it galv or aluminized?

Pictures of it are in my album, Its aluminized, mandrel bent, and definitely seems like a good deal for an exhaust this size, beats those 600+ dollar kits for the newer trucks by a long shot

Yah but aren't a lot of those $600+ kits stainless??

That looks like a good deal, I may have to remember this. Currently I'm running a 3.5 exhaust off some version of a powerstroke. It doesn't really exit where I want, and I'm wondering if the muffler is restricting it any. Anyways, I'll try to remember this if I decide to redo the exhaust this summer. I was thinking to either go to a straight through muffler, or just cut out the muffler and throw in a piece of straight pipe, but I'm not sure how the part over the axle would work out.
