78 F150 rides like a tank! HELP!

78 F150 351m 4x4 C6/203 stock suspension. any suggestions? Although I would like to lift it 2-3 inches in the front to level things out a bit.

How are the shocks and tires? Tire pressure? For running light 35 psi should be OK with stockish size tires. Less with wider/taller tires.

JBG sells a 2-inch leveling kit for these rigs:

JBG also sells soft ride leaf springs but it will result in a 4-inch lift. Alternatively, you could work with Eaton springs and have'em make a custom set.

Opt for hydraulic shocks instead of gas charged

i'd look for are a siezed up shock ... simple bounce check should find one if it is.

other than that, some guys install overloads and set them so the truck rides on them all the time .... that'll make them ride like poop! (Ask me how i know)
