I would assume bad abs pump. Are you capable of changing this? If not I would take it to a shop you trust that has good knowledge of brakes.

See if you can test the brake pressure transducer first.

I haven't tested it. I did some research but can find any data on scanner or any posts on how to test the transducer and help with some direction would be greatly appreciated

I looked in my 2007 Ford Workshop Manual. It says: If you install a new ABS module it must be 'configured' using 'the' scan tool. (it referring to the Ford scan too).

Code C 1288: Pressure Sensor Main? Primary Input Circuit Failure. This could mean the module has a problem.

From another article I read that the brake pressure transducer is located in the anti-lock brake system pump.

The Ford Workshop Manual offers lots of pinpoint tests using the diagnostic trouble codes from C1095 to C 1287. It does not list a pinpoint test for C 1288. Therefore I think there is no way to test the transducer while it is installed in the Hydraulic control Unit.
I am in over my head with this system and can't offer any intelligent thoughts on how to proceed.
