Flooding on start up

My 1992 F 350 Dually keeps flooding when I crank it up after a short period of time. I've just chged the spark plugs, and the air filters. But I still am having the same problems. Some help would be very much appreciated. THanks

Rent/acquire/buy a fuel pressure gauge and hook it up. Have a friend cycle the key on-off a few times, it should go up to about 39-40 PSI and hold there. If the pressure starts to drop once the fuel pump turns off, then you could have a leaking injector.

Another possibility is a bad engine coolant temperature sensor.

As always, check the codes before buying any parts.

One more thing it could be is a bad air intake temp sensor.
