Sir Glenn reporting! Yes, Rodney gave you the thread and use the Aerokroil. My truck is not a daily driver so I was able to take my time. I soaked them for ten days before they broke loose. Yes, by all means, take the inner fender liner off to get at them. Have the exhaust manifold machined and use a gasket on the head after you shine it up the best you can. Good Luck!!

I just removed both of mine and reinstalled. Keep in mind mine is a one owner southern truck but I had no problems at all. They both came off in one afternoon and I didn't really even soak them. one of the center most bolts is the hardest to remove because the hole it goes thru is smaller. It is the centering bolt. It will be the one you install first that way the manifold is where it needs to be before you install the rest of the bolts. All of the others were more easy. If yours are rounded feel free to break the heads off and remove the bolts with vise grips afterward.
Also I did not remove my inner fender. Just a good 6 point socket and a 1/2" ratchet. maaybe a few extensions for some of the bolts. Honestly it would have been way more work to remove the fender than just getting in there and doing it. We removed the tire and site the axle on a short jack stand, get a short stool and stick your head under there and grunt a little bit. Like I said we removed both of mine in a couple of hours or less.

P.S. There was no real machine work. You need to find a machine shop that has a large belt sander.
They can't mill the manifolds because there is nothing for them to bolt it to. A Huge belt sander is what is needed. And I mean huge. Just call around to find the shop that has one before you burn the gas like I did.
