Looking for Westin 43-1640 mounting hardware

Hey folks. I found a great deal locally on craigslist for a Westin grill guard for my 05 Excursion. It came off an 07 F250. Problem is, the previous owner left the mounting hardware laying around his shop and one of his employees tossed it in with their metal recycling and they are long gone. I contacted Westin to get replacement hardware and they said that the bar I bought is a discontinued model (CPS vs. Polished Stainless) and they can only come up with the lower brackets needed to mount it but they are all out of the upper brackets. I looked at the diagrams to see if I can fab up the upper brackets but they are a little beyond my skill. I was wondering if anyone out there might have or know where I can find this hardware kit? I know its a total shot in the dark but FTE works in mysterious ways! Thanks for any help.
