Been awhile since I replied. I still couldn't get a cool air, it's just blowing hot air. The control valve should close to let cold air in but it's not do that anymore. It also doesn't change the direction of the airflow now. It only comes out of the defroster (vent net to the windshield). Please help.

Sounds like you have a vacuum line broken. Find the leak and fix it. That will get air blowing back out of the vents. Your blend door is stuck in the open position causing only hot air to blow. Remove the dash to repair or use heater treater.

Hot water valve house

Just bought my 04 Navigator. The grey hose that goes from hot water valve to totally gone. Where does it go. I was just going to run a new one from hot water valve to what I understand is port 6. Qhere is this located. Thanks in advance.
