Hello everyone:
I never tried the performance tune my SCT guy gave me.
At 8,800+ pounds I am concerned that my van is already too heavy for it.
I told the SCT tuner guy that in addition to the weight issue, my engine was mechanically sitll OEM and together I didn't want to break anything.
I am pleased with the Tow-Haul tune he gave me.

I'd like to beef up my engine, but so far I haven't got past the sticker shock, much less have any discretionary cash to save up.
I know I would go to the next larger variable guide van turbo, I'll stay with VGT and avoid the code issues.
I'd also go with the large bore exhaust gas cooler versus a delete kit.
I'd upgrade to head studs and metal gasket, plus the oil pump rotor.
I don't know if I'd do the stage one injectors and fuel system enhancements.
I wonder if I'd still pass the emissions SNAP test with the larger turbo?

- I don't know if the larger compressor wheel coupled to a stock turbine wheel would help me pass the test or not.
- I'm thinking the larger compressor wheel might keep me lean, yet the stock turbine trying to drive that larger compressor wheel adds more turbo lag and I go all that much more rich.
