Morning Pat. I can't wait for the weekend too. I really, really hope the weather is decent though. Rain the last two weekends and I have dandelions that are up to my belly button.

Now those are some big weeds!LOL! I need a nice weekend also, I need to mow out at the MIL's farm, and the 06 needs it's back brakes done.

 

Yeah, they are two weeks old. All around the pool. The front yard looks good so the neighbors aren't complaining. I have True Green treat the front yard so it looks green and clean. I just need the grass to dry up so I can get it mowed.

 

Just mowed mine last night. It's in the "needs mowing every 4 days" mode right now. Growing like crazy!

 

Thats about it, except I haven't mowed in 2 weeks. Going to be fun when I finally get out there!

 

Might have to jack it way up, and do it twice over a few day period. I've had to do that before, to avoid damaging the grass too much.

 

Thats the plan. Ill pull the blade all the way to 6 to cut it decent, then go back over it the next day on 4 which is my normal setting.

 

We put fertliser on it & the grass grows even faster......ugh

 

Yeah I do to and its natural Gerry, falls right out of the backside of the chickens!

Its natural Gerry! You really don't even notice, plus I don't roll around and eat grass!

 

I have a company that does all of the fertilizer and what-not. I just don't have the time, and I forget a lot. But, the lawn looks a lot better now!

 

Green is better than brown. Crazy how much we spend on grass just to look at and have to work to keep looking good. Unreal.
