Yeah... I watched the race today. It was pretty good if I say so myself. I wish that they would bring back the tandem draft .

Top 'o the morn' folks!! Great work Joe! The remodel looks good.
Well another great weekend! My little girl scored on her second longbeard!! What a great hunt and wonderful memories!!!
Sorry for the cell phone pic. It was very early still and the light in the pine grove was poor. Check out the amazing details of the bird below. She doesn't mess around when she harvests a bird. Her first bird had 10 1/2" beard and 28mm spurs. That was just getting her started..........
It weighed just over 19lbs which can be expected later in season when they have been living mostly on love......
This hog had an 11 1/2" beard and a whopping 31mm spurs...of all my birds and many years of turkey hunting, I have only taken 1 with spurs longer than that and never one with 11"+ beard!......the spurs are the best trophy in my eyes because they signify the age of the bird which leads to a smarter and wiser bird that is more difficult to harvest.....this bird is at least 4 years old.
We got between him and a hen that I got all mad at me and Kaits eyes did all the work, and she put him down with a precise shot at 35 yards............ok, I'm done now......well, for the meantime anyway.

Thanks for the kind words brother, and since they apply to you too, I turn them around and aim them at you as well!
Be safe out there.
Enjoy today's blessings!
