My cowl vents are even worse. I can see daylight through the firewall to the top of the heater box. I have not completely assessed the damage but am assuming the vent box under the dash will need to be reconstructed. Base on your pictures I will need to reconstruct the rocker also.

Did you do the work yourself? Are there preformed replacement parts or did you have to reconstruct from scratch?

I did everything myself. The rocker and step can be ordered from Dennis carpenter. Don't bother with anywhere else for this one the rockers everyone else sells are crap. The cowl vent areas I had to reconstruct from scratch by hand. I dot know of any reproductions
