B99??
Anyone running B99 in their 7.3? reason I ask is that the local fuel supplier has it available for about 25cents LESS that pump price of Dino stuff at the truckstop......the B20 is exactly the same price as Dino, I'm thinking about starting with B20 for a few tanks then going to B50 for a few then to B99, my fuel system has always been very clean, I've changed filters 4 times now and its never really dirty-15k miles-and I always use Diesel Kleen....so I can stop that and run the B99 (eventually) at 25cents less than Dino!!! YEA!!!!

B60-B100 of my own biodiesel for over 4 years. Mostly B100. If it weren't for occasional below freezing temps here, I would be running B100 year round. A recent thread brought up the fact that we have some Buna-N (nitrile) o-rings in the fuel bowl. Of particular notice would be the seals on the yellow drain valve. Now, I have over 30k miles on biodiesel and as of yet, have had no leaks whatsoever, (knocking on wood as I type this), but now that I have that information about the incompatible o-rings, I plan to order the fuel bowl kit from Bob.
But aside from that, my PSD runs great on it. Bear in mind the lower energy content of biodiesel, (about 8%-10% less than D2), so MPG and power will be proportionately less. My OA's have always been great.

I started running B20 back when I had 150,000 miles on the truck. Switched to B99 when it became available for less money. Switched to D2 or B5 when availability became an issue.
Basically I've run it on and off for the last 250,000 miles with no ill effects. I never even had a filter get plugged from "the cleaning process" that bio supposedly does. Expect a drop in mpg's with B99. Just do the math and make sure the 25 cents offsets the drop.

Another 5% bio blend user here and Chris and Alvin above are right on with their findings, mine here as well. Lower BTU'S and a tad lower power and MPG's with the bio but my truck runs smoooth. I switch back and forth every few tankfulls. Just for safety precautions keep a spare fuel filter in the backseat just in case that 99% does do a real down home cleaning.
