In the late 90's, I owned a 1993 F-350, 2x4, N/A, regular cab dually with a 5 speed and 4.10s. My brother and I took a 36ft Titan gooseneck trailer from Kansas to Canadian border of North Dakota and brought back 20 head of horses. Scaled just shy of 26K! Never missed a lick. One heck of a trip, one of the best trucks I have ever owned!!!

hardest thing i have ever done is pulled a 32ft gooseneck flatbed had 2 bobcat s850 skid steers on it. thats the biggest that bobcat makes. that was with my 86 f250 ext cab 2 wheel drive ats turbo and gearvendor over drive. we used my truck for work one day cause the 2 ton was in the shop already had one bobcat at the job site and took up another with my truck got done and put both of em on my truck. boss told me get em both he thought i was gonna put one on take it the shop and go get the other. i said why take 2 trips when you can do it in one. ran 70+ plus till we hit a couple hills but havin my gear vendor makes it nice. never got under 60

On road a 8k horse trailer that was converted to makeup (movie productions) that had been in an accident and needed to be hauled for the frame/axles to be repaired.
Off road it's a tie between having dragged a 2005ish dodge CC/LB 4x4 3500 (drunk guy inside) that buried itself down to the frame in snow/ice/mud up a slope while it was still tied to a toyota 4runner (two drunk girls inside) that was also stuck up to it's frame.
And a F350 (former) 4x4 (moron broke the front drive shaft) dually diesel loaded with like 6k of trees that was to overloaded to get traction on it's bald tires to make it down the logging trails back to pavement/gravel so I put like 2k of the wood into my truck, chained up to her and dragged it out of the bush.
And all these things lead me to the believe that I need 4.10's, 3.55's are good but make life harder sometimes.

I kind of want one of those stickers, though I find them a bit distasteful. But that is why I lifted it lol. Actually one of my ttb pivot brackets was broke so it had to be replaced anyways.... I blame that on her.
I lent my truck to a friend and it's pulling a 10k dump trailer back and forth hauling dirt to a jobsite this week...and at the end of the week a heavy azz skidsteer. I sure hope, for his sake, that he doesn't hurt my truck...
I pulled about 5k worth of compact tractor/backhoe myself last week and with those 36's she really don't like hills, not like she ever did even on 31's with 4.10s though. Really need a turbo.
