Dana 60 swap with rsk and Death wobble now!

So about a month ago I swaped in a 97 dana 60 from a psd and Rsk kit. I put a stock steering stabiler on. Had it alined and drove it around. Drove fine for a few weeks. Then I started getting a bad death wobble. It would come and go. Would shake the truck so bad u cant drive it. So I started looking around for a cuase. I found the driver side had 2 bad ball joints. I had them replaced with moog ball joints and u joints why I was at it. All 4. I got the truck back today and found it still has the death wobble. I called the place that alined it and they are going to redo it cause it still in warrenty.

To check the TRE's I had my little brother shake the wheel with out the truck running. There was no play in any of them. What I did notice was that the tie rod bar was rolling back and forth. I have never seen this before and was woundering if it normal. Also any ideas where else to look for a problem. I was suppose to be on my way to a psd gtg tomorrow but sadly I'm not going anywhere. I was gonna check all my bolts in the front end and rsk.

It happen when getting up to around 20 to 40 mph. Also if u hit a bump in the road the right way or hit a pot hole. Some bumps do nothing other set it off. Today I was getting up to a 35mph zone and it happened. Newly paved road. Then I hit the brakes back down to about 10mph and it goes way. I dont under stand what i'm missing but it got me pissed!

Thanks Doug

How are your track bar bolts and bushing? Make sure they are really tight!

The tie rod bar shouldn't be riding back and forth if its doing what I picture in my head its doing. Sounds like your problem there.

Found the track bar bracket bolts lose on the drop plate. Had the truck alined and braket bolts tighten and it seem to have fixed the problem.
Darin, it rolls a 1/4 turn front and back as it sits on the truck.
