Is it me or is the center console on my '04 PSD Excursion missing some "insert" or something?

I have the CD "caddy" but the rest of the center console is basically wasted space due to it's shape and the stupid CD tray.

What have you guys done to make that huge center console between the front buckets in your SD more useful?
