New Guy Here

Hey all,

Just found the site. Brand new to the Ford world. I bought a 1960 F-250 4x4 Custom Cab this week and am looking to do a restore on it. My first question is, is there somewhere to find a .PDF of a shop manual for these online? I have looked and looked and can't find one anywhere. I don't mind paying to buy one but I'm going to start working on it tomorrow (my day off) and need one to figure out some information on the truck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Pics of the truck:

Thanks. Unfortunately, that won't help me out tomorrow. I already found one on eBay that I will be paying for to keep but I need to look up some info while I work tomorrow, which is why I was looking for a .PDF

Since it's copyrighted material,I'm pretty sure you won't find any free on-line sources. You could ask questions here, perhaps someone will be able to answer them or send you a few pages of the pertinent section of the manual.Good luck.

Welcome to FTE

I see your a CA resident. If you live near Riverside, you can whiz over to 3901 Carter Sreet to faxonautolit.com's store and see what Ed has available. (800-458-2734 open Monday-Saturday).

Has reprints of original owners and shop manuals / sales & accessory brochures / salesmans data books and other paper euphoria that silverfish love to feast on. Dunno if he has .PDF's or not
