Ive regularly ran Lucas oil stabilizer in older vehicles for some years now. It's particularly good for quieting noisy valvetrain and it seems to help with cold starts, particularly in the winter. I use it year round in our 06 Altima now because without it the little 4-banger in there sounds like it's chattering its teeth the valves are so loud!
