I don't think a direct fit is possible...2001 has an 8 - 170mm bolt pattern, 2007 has a 8 - 200mm pattern.

I thought the only difference was the offset/backspacing? I put 2010 rims on my 2001, they fit the lug pattern but the front wheels rubbed real bad. I had a 2k foot turning radius...

If Neal is correct and the bolt patter is different, no it is not possible. (well anything is possible but don't do it)

If the bolt pattern is the same then it is possible but you need wheel spacers.

Yes, it’s called a power drill and a large drill bit but I would not recommend it. If the bolt patterns don’t match up then you have two choices, different wheels or converting your entire system over to match a 2007 configuration. Cheaper to just find a different wheel…

I just tried tirerack.com wheel fitment...it says 2001 F350 dually 4x4 has 8-170 and 2007 F350 4x4 has 8 - 200. I could very well be wrong, it wouldn't be the first time and I know not the last.

Go to tirerack...you can see the wheels on your truck.

I would say Neal is correct then, and forget about the 2007 rims.

As far as wheel choices, check ebay for ideas, lots of wheels on there. I'm always shopping on ebay, damn PSM! (or is it PMS?)

I thought that was the normal turning radius.
