Look on the bright side bud, atleast it's not scrapped, and legally you should be able to get your truck back. If you never signed the title, then maybe through time lines you can prove that the truck was sold while you were gone. If so I'd have him arrested for forging your name on the title, grand theft, and any other charges you can think of. Then once you get your truck back and it's all settled.........I'd kick his freakin A$$ !!!!!!

Ryan, this whole story just don't make any sense, this uncle couldn't have just became such a jerk in the two months you have been gone. Somebody in your family must be enabling him, or he would have been disowned a long time ago. I am having mixed thoughts of how you should deal with this scum relative, I would be ashamed to even claim him as a relative. Not wanting to pry into your family stuff but what do your parents advise you to do? A lawyer is defiantly a good option. Don't do what Glenn said, as much as he would deserve it. For the record i think you should file a police report right away, you have really been duped and this scum needs to be held accountable. Your not a kid anymore, your a man and a marine and just don't ever let someone take advantage of you. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

I saw your post earlier this afternoon and just did a quick review before I posted my above comments, then I realized you really found your truck. Call the police or go to the station and tell them your truck has been stolen, then tell them you found it for sale. They should be very interested in recovering your vehicle and maybe putting some criminals in jail.
