I thought I would share some pics, when I looked around to build my own I could not find any using the search button. These are from a procomp shim kit from Summit Racing. Part# EXP-52480.

They use a 7/16 bolt that is 2 1/4 inch long.







With this kit you get 6 spacers that add up to a total of 1.5 inch of carrier shims.

Idk why but I can't get the 1st picture to save the right way so you will have to turn your head to read it.

Part is 8 inches in length though.

 

Looks like that'll work The zinc plating is nice to have.

do you still have the dimensions for those shims? the pics are not good anymore and this is exactly what I am looking for. I am not spending $50 for steal I have in the garage.

 

Could you expand on this? I am getting a vibration around 70-75 mph. I did replace my driveshaft carrier bearing as the rubber was getting shot but it didn't help. Figured I would try this before paying to have driveshafts balanced.
