he told me on the phone he would update us all tonight when he got home.

I'd put the JW trans in too.

This is what I'd do.....I'd put the trans from the dually in the 250, and have JW build the trans from the 250 and put it in the dually, that way if he sells the 250, it will have a good trans in it.

I too would put the JW trans in the dually. Especially if the plan is to put injectors, chip, turbo, etc in the dually. Added power plus stock E4OD would be asking to be left stranded.

Railroad has their own system.

I sure vote for putting the JW in this truck too!

Pay for part of my plane ticket (or fuel, I'd rather drive anyday) and I'll come help swap parts over!! I need a vacation!

It does look like a great tow rig Glenn. Can't wait to get filled in.

So for those of us that actually have other things to do during the day and missed the link with pics (the craigslist post has been taken down now), is there any chance of actually seeing pictures of this truck now?

I've got 421,000 miles on my truck and have changed the clutch one time so far. (I took delivery of the truck from the dealer with 19 miles on the odometer, so I know it's only been once).
