Thanks Glen and Nate. Yes Dylan is doing pretty good, but he was invited to a matched bronc ride a week ago, and bucked off. He should of had that one covered, as it wasn't bucking that hard. And entered a rodeo at a stock show, and met the same fate there. LOL That just keeps him humble. My Dad used to say, "There isn't a horse that can't be rode, and there isn't a cowboy who hasn't been thrown."
I threw my cousin an epic bachelor party on Saturday. Guns, guns, and more guns. First we shot clays and targets, then went paintballing (more on this later), then we set up a system link for 3 Xbox's in my dining room and living room. He loves video games. I must admit it was pretty fun having all those people playing all together.
Then I rested and went to church yesterday.

That sounds like a great weekend indeed, Phil!
I didn't do much, put the tow mirrors on the 96 (pic soon) and put a new starter in. That was about the extent of it.
Had a fish fry on Saturday from a fishing trip I was suppose to go on, but didn't (rain out) it was soooo good! Fresh fried fish!

Ive worked as a flowback hand in the oil field, in colorado for the last decade. When I first started at age 18 I worked 24s. (basicly I stay on location at all times and have to wake up whenever they needed me but they pay me 24hrs a day). I worked on top of a mountain for 8 months straight. I stepped on the location and stepped off 237 days later. I didnt know days of the week existed, haha I had a hard enough time knowing what month it was. I finally started driving a winch truck M-F, now I know them as work days or wife tells me what to do days.

It is official, Dylan won the 4H rodeo yesterday. Along with the saddle, he also won the Casey Tibbs Memorial belt buckle for the highest score of the rodeo. I think that buckle impressed him more than the saddle. For those of you that haven't heard of Casey Tibbs, he was one of the greatest saddle bronc riders that has come out of South Dakota. He won several world saddle bronc championships in the late 40s and early 50s in pro rodeo. EDIT A little on Casey Tibbs Casey Tibbs | Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame
This is the second saddle Dylan has won this year. The first was for the SD High School Rodeo Saddle Bronc championship. Along with the saddles, he has also won 8 or 10 belt buckles, which include Reserve Champion at the National High School Rodeo Finals, and the same for National Little Britches Rodeo Finals this year. I'm really proud of, and happy for him for what he has accomplished this year.
