Exactly how I justify the fires Nate. We may get an aftershock of an earthquake, never any damage. No tornadoes, no hurricanes, very mild winters, only a few rattlesnakes.
We just have to deal with a wildfire every 5-10 years.
Please, no 8 months of winter. Already feels like that in the mountains of western PA at times. Bad enough people are projecting colder weather rolling in early this year.
I'm just hoping it stays nice til after my show in Indianapolis, at least. First time towing with the OBS...yeehaw.
i agree Nick. Todd, Canada 10 months of winter snow and 2 months of summer full of hungry blood sucking mosquitos
Haha. I know where you went for a vacation. Us Canadians know not to go there. We just make it sound good for you guys cause somebody has to feed the little bloodsuckers lol
You know, I was having this conversation with a buddy last night that for all the cold we see here in the winter Ohio isn't a bad place to live. No wildfires, no earthquakes, only an occasional tornado, no hurricanes, no bugs as big as your hand, no poisonous snakes, and nothing in your back yard that is liable to eat you! I guess it's just not too exciting, lol.
For sure stay safe Rick. Hope it doesn't get any closer to ya.
8 months of winter isn't far off here either Nate! We don't have most of those things you mentioned, but we do get tornadoes. Too many. One hit a town 30 miles from me this year and did a whole bunch of damage.
I like that winter gets rid of the bugs for sure. The cold and snow also keeps the "riffraff" from moving up here and invading my territory!!
I know what you mean Darin. I have to be careful where and when I say this, but I really don't mind the winters here. I enjoy the changing of seasons regardless of which season it is, and by the same token, by the time the seasons change I'm usually ready for a change.
