I blew a couple of PS hoses on the Mule, one on the Mare and now one on the OX. What the he!!. Is there anything that can be done about these except for carrying a spare? I worked on the 5er brakes so then I took it for a little ride to see how they were working. They worked good but when I went to back the 5er into the very tight spot by the house I blew a hose in the middle of the street. Smoke poured out and I was blocking traffic. I knew right away what had happened so I man handled it back the best I could, let traffic go by then pulled across the street into my neighbors driveway to get a straight shot back. Big mistake, he is trying to sell his house and I left oil all over his driveway! After several attempts I got it parked. Anybody know of a good concert cleaner and a PS mod? I run stock size wheels and tires, what do guys do with the big ones? grrrrrrrr

Then its just a matter of time before it BLOWS! Mine wasn't leaking, its tough to prepare ahead of time for these hoses to give up the ghost.

Glenn, I'll be loading up with salt in about 5hrs for tonight. I'll ask our owner what we use for concrete cleaner. We get hydro oil on rich people's drive and walks all the time and it needs addressed.

My pressure hose popped in traffic. I'm not sure there is much you can do. These do get old. 200k miles on a hose isn't too bad if you ask me!

Its not the hose itself, its at the joint that is screws into the PS pump.

If you can't get the concrete clean Glenn, just go to walmart and buy three or four gallons of cheap ATF and a mop. Pour the ATF all over his driveway and mop it all around covering the whole thing! Stained concrete is a big thing now days! LOL!!

Make a paste with washing powder and water
Heat the stain with a LP torch
Coat with paste to soak up fluid
Repeats needed
