I'm not a 100% sure, but yeah I think that's the way it is around here.

I don't need all that with an open loop. I've already got water coming into the house and a discharge line going out. I literally won't need a shovel of any kind. We'll talk about it when you get home this weekend.

Aaron, congrats on selling the old camper. That's what's been holding me back from getting one. The one's that don't need work are out of my price range and I don't need another project.

Bill, good to hear from you. I'm sorry the new job isn't working out. It really makes me angry when companies misrepresent jobs like that. It certainly isn't easy making the kind of move you want to make. I know in my area the economy seems to be doing pretty well. There are hiring signs all over. I have no doubt a capable guy like yourself could easily find a job here.

Yeah there is a great bunch of guys on this site. I was thinking about all the chit I've done for him over the last couple of years and wonder how much of a pickle he'll be in soon enough. Heck he uses my cattle trailer every time he has to take his beef to the sale(6-8 times a year), grabs a bag of milk replacer anytime he runs out over the weekend(more often than I'd like to count), I'm pretty sure more often than not it doesn't get replaced, same goes for calf tex, and then the use of some of my equipment. Not anymore buddy. I'm gonna laugh when the cattle hauler charges him 50 bucks a cow to haul them away cause he has to load out of the field lol. I also made a bill for the round baling. I'm not up for handing out anymore to him. Ok. I'm done lol.

I know people like that. ERRRR!
I always try to keep a weeks worth of feed around at a minimum. I can't imagine running out of feed over the weekend!

Yeah. The guy has lived in the neighbourhood for like 30 years. He seems like the type that thinks he can do whatever he wants. I remember talking to another fella about him and I guess he went on jims property before sun up for duck hunting. At sun up Jim got a rude awakening from a 12 gauge about 100' from his house. Never asked permission. Never said hi. Just went in like he owned the place and set up. Jim went to the U.S. In the 60's or 70's and joined the marines. They never spoke after that day lol.

Glad you made him a bill Nick. You played it way cooler than I probably would have. My sister wonders why I say most people suck. I've got too many stories.

Good thing there's a few good people. This forum is full of them.

Thursday I put a 2"x4" hole in his plywood shop door. Accidents happen. I told him when it stopped raining I would replace that sheet. Today it stopped raining and before I was done morning chores I was informed that if it wasn't repaired today he would get someone to fix it and send me the bill. Huh. Well imho next time he needs something he can bloody well pay someone to do it. I'm Not a big fan of that kind of attitude
I would have immediately apologized for not having it done already. Then rambled on about being so far behind schedule and working hard to catch up. Then I would have said it will be fixed today, and I'll make sure I get the bill out to you for the custom baling no later than tomorrow. Sorry again for the delay and thank you for your business.

Then either hung up or walked off depending on how the conversation was taking place.

Pfft I come on here to read up on the latest and this thread slipped to PAGE 2?!?! for shame guys.

Or perhaps there's enough actual threads that this isn't the main priority?! Weird.....

Anywho, for those not on FB... my company was cleanin' up shop and since I recently acquired a garage that has no storage or workbenches I decided to bring home a few things...

Have you ever thought to yourself, "maybe this isn't such a good idea?"

Does anybody know how to tighten up a auto shifter? The mule has a lot of lack in it but shifts fine. Seems like I read years ago there is a bolt that comes loose but I'll be darn if I can find it.

Glen, there are two gold torx bolts that usually come loose, if you look from underneath up towards the steering column
