I was amazed how much the stance of the 285's changed from 7 in wide rims to 8 in wide rims. Looked like totally different tires. I had a set of steelies laying around, I thought I would be a little different and paint them up, and try and find some dog dishes for them. But thats proving to be difficult.
I have a set of dig dishes you can have for the price of shipping if you want them. They're not perfect, so they should be just right for Green Machine, lol. Joel Salatin says "Good enough is just right".
The only issue is that they're for a 4x2 truck so you'll have to cut holes in the fronts for the 4x4 hubs.
So my PMF RSK was just delivered the other day and I already have a set of U-codes from a '99 with 2.5" leveling springs. Just need the rear springs. I've been looking for a good deal on a set of B-codes, but no luck yet. There's a few in the local junk yards, but they want close to new prices. So, I found a guy parting out an '06 F350; would that be a good source for rear springs? According to car-part.com they should be C or F codes depending on whether or not they have an auxiliary spring.
The coolant line runs off the WP off the plug on the right by where the thermostat is. It then goes to the filter, then to the coolant overflow tank. No heater hose involved. The filter head has an extra port in it.
A little different than mine, but yours is setup a bit better too. I think it will be darn near as accurate as the ECTS in the pump.

Anybody?
According to sdtrucksprings.com, they sell rear springs that fit from '99 to '07. So while these are not the typical B codes everyone gets, I'm pretty sure they'll fit the same. Just wondering if anybody has any experience with them?

I ordered my front U-codes from them. I'll be putting them on today if I can track down the eye bolts for them.
