My only experience with a 3208 was in a Lindale 8000 that after we had it a week and a half it threw a push rod that manged to wrap itself completely around the camshaft, completely seize the motor and turn the block into an anchor that was no longer suitable to be a core.

You can keep your 3208. I've had my fill.

I don't know much about the motor Chris, just thought it was a cool truck with an interesting swap. I thought the paint was bad personally, but that's just me.

every motor family is bound to have a few lemons. My neighbour had one in an old silage truck. That thing was beat to the ground but would always run

That's a tight fit lol. I'd drive it. No doubt you'll max out the driveline LONG before you bog the motor down

On a side note, what a brownie? I heard the guy say it's got one. I googled it and didn't find a clear answer. Kinda sounds like a cheap gear vendors to me

Aaron if these seats are that good after you fix them, maybe i dont need them touched. Haha. I have had my share of falling asleep while driving. Totaled out a 97 grand am one time. Word of advise, dont set the cruise if you are tired. I think i got lucky and just broke my wrist and got two black eyes. Thats a cool truck todd!

a friend had a 3208 with a manual trans in a pickup years ago. he did not have it for long, because every time he got on it he would twist the rear driveshaft into a pretzel.
way too much torque for the little driveshafts in a pickup with a manual trans.

Nate I'm working 70-80 hours a week. It's been crazy.

Glenn the motor has been completed, put in the truck, taken back out, stock motor put back and truck sold for 2k more then I paid for it.

It's crazy how a truck can appreciate it's value with just a little work.
