Happy Thanksgiving everybody. Well my wife said she would not drive the Mistress after the new paint that was 3 years ago, but last night she volunteered to drive her to my house so I could make room to do some paint work on the mustang the Mistress parking spot. Now I have her on the hook no more excuses not to drive. After all she just an ol' work truck LOL. I really did not want to bring her to my house because all I have is a carport but I did not want to get over spray on her so she will be here for a week or two.

 

Wow....mistress AND your wife working together...that sounds dangerous...or a country song..

 

You do realize Kevin that the Mistress will have to have psychological help now. Abandonment, fear of dislocation, etc. Its going to cost you man!

 

Let's hope not Glenn. She use to drive her all the time before paint ,but she did not want to put the first scratch on her. This is starting to sound like a country song.LOL

Hmmm. Quite day on the forum. It finally quit raining here. Something like 3" in the last 3 days. But it's ok cause it's gonna snow tonight. Yay.

 

I've been in the garage all day working on the show truck. Benefit of having 2 days off for Thanksgiving. Although I need to go round up my Expedition - sent it to the tire shop this morning, and just got the call that it's done and ready to be picked up.

Been spitting snow here since Wednesday. Just enough to make everything slicker than snot on a doorknob...

Yeah, I generally do drop in and at least say good morning...but today it was off to the tire shop then off to the garage.

Just got the Expedition back, and while I'm glad the tires are on it and all that, I am REALLY disappointed with the shop's service. Probably last time around for them with me. They gotta pay attention to requests and such and if in doubt, ask. Not to mention don't smoke in my truck...

 

Well after her luck with some of y'all's vehicles, can you blame the poor woman!!?? Lol

 

What the?!?! Smoking in your truck? I would go 3rd degree apesh*** if some ahole did that. Hope it got better for you.

 

Tell them it stinks now and you want a full detail. Now that I have quit I realize just how nasty it is. Although the same can be said by city folk when they come to the farm.
