warning lights on dash and beeping will not stop when reset is hit. turning off and on not working.

battery, 4 WD(not on). hit the reset when it sounds(beeping)

 

I am still confused as to which "reset" you are pushing....

First thing I would do is check the condition and charge of the battery and the output of the alternator.. Don't miss checking the condition of the terminals for the green monster (corrosion under the rubber/plastic)... Philip

 

Also, what year Explorer are you referring to here?
