6.7 high miles
I was wondering how theses motors are holding up. I am hoping they will last to a million miles but I am not sure since the motor is new.
So lets see then........
All of the people that have alot of miles on their 6.7 diesel, chime in and lets hear how many miles you have so far. Also if any issues.

Mine has 23,000 miles. It's a 2011 and just developed an oil leak. Dealer said they will need it for 2-3 days to diagnose & repair. Oil is on and around the oil pan but is leaking from somewhere above. Mechanic will need some time to investigate. Not feeling good about my purchase now. I was worried about a first year build. I also had trouble once when it would not crank over. It took three attempts than started. No trouble starting lately. Mine was an early 2010 build.<O</O

22,000 miles here and no issues whatsoever. The only concern I have is the life of the engine coolant. The manual states it is good for over 100,000 miles, but when I had mine checked at 15,000 miles it required additive. From what I understand, you can only do this twice before having to replace all the fluid.
In general, these kinds of threads are a love/hate for me. I either hear about people like me with no issues and feel great about my purchase or hear about those with engine failure, death wobble, and HPFP replacements causing me to cross my fingers every time I put the key in the ignition.

Mine has a little over 98,000 on it. Will break 100,000 by the end of the month.
I needed a new radiator at 52,000 miles. I still have not done the latest flash and NOx calibration. I'm afraid to fix something that's not broken.
I absolutely love the engine and the truck. Everything has been rock solid except the radiator.
Next month I plan on changing out the trans fluid, flushing cooling systems, rotating the tires, checking the brakes real good (probably will remove the calipers and lube the pad races).
I also need to clean my AFE air filter. I've got an AFE DPF back exhaust pipe on the way I will install as well as some husky mudflaps.
So, those of you that have had nagging little issues that cause you to be worried about a young drivetrain, I'm not having that experience. My truck is perfect for me except I wish I had the 11,500 GVWR sticker.....

BTW, that '55 is sick. A buddy of mine has a '68 that he's in the process of hot rodding with a small block and a 5sp Tremec. I love the old truck style.

Updated my location. For some reason, I don't have signature access. I'm not seeing it as an option in the User CP. Not sure if it's a noob thing or what. Here's a pic of my '11. I traded in an 05 Cummins for it. So far, so good. Got a long way to go before I really trust it, though. Just my nature.
