There is no timing chain cover, per se, just a flat cover plate. The fuel pump bolts to the left (drivers) side of the engine block. The plate has the same applications as the valve covers.

Same fit, but didn't the 351C and possibly the early 400 valve covers feature "Power By Ford" script versus the raised Ford oval on the late covers?
