Fuel pump

where is the fuel pump relay on a 93 150 4x4 4.9 I have no power to my pump?

This is a 95 but the fuel pump relay is in the same position on your 93.

It was blown I changed it fuel pump runs but theres no fuel at the rail?

Thats the fuse I changed and it made the pump work

are both pumps working? there's a low pressure pump in the tank and a high pressure pump on the inside frame rail on driver's side

I took the fuel lines off the sending unit I can here the fuel pump running and it wont pump out. And I can blow threw the lines on the sending unit

I dough that the pump is running.
I think it is just locked up , humming and drawing way too much power. That is why the fuse and relay were bad. It may also have hurt the selector switch on the dash and/or the Inertia switch.

Replace the pump.

Ive changed the pump 4 times all used pumps but they worked great when I pulled them

I hooked jumper cables to the sending unit it pumps fuel ? The truck not sending enough power to fuel pump??? Im lost

The pump unit in the other tank must be bad then. You are pumping into the other tank.

Single tank truck? Im really lost it seems as if the truck runs pump but it cant pick up the fuel but jumping the pump it does?

Check to see if the relay is the same as one near by and swap it to see if that makes a difference

I swapped the relay no diff. I hot wired it to my fuse box it works fine but id rather have it right??

Maybe you have a weak voltage being applied to the relay coil or the main ckt of the relay.

Best wag---Or you have a short in the pwr to the relay or from the relay.
