water in my cylinders

Ok i got a problem i have a 306 out of a 1970 mustang i put it in my 1989 ford f150 the other day it over heated real bad it had blown head gaskets but the top radiator hose hit the fan an it overheated when i let it cool off an put water in it cranked a few times then stooped the cylinders had water in them could this be a cracked head now

Blown gaskets, cracked heads.

So it prolly has cracked heads also?

Pull the heads.A blown head gasket will likely be obvious.A cracked head might not be obvious.It would be wise to have the heads pressure tested even if you have a bad head gasket.

Tu i was planning on doin that i pulled the heads off last night they look fine you can def see were they blown on the gaskets also it got really hot to were it dieseled when i turned it off an there was alot of warer in the cylinders

Well took my heads to the machine shop had them magnafluxed and resurfaced they said there not cracked
