74 460 motorcraft carb. Holley flange or spreadbore?

hey guys, not sure if the 4300 motorcraft is a std. "holley"/squarebore flange, i would like to know if its easy to slap on a new holley 4150? or will an adapter plate be neccesary?

thanks
