I'm currently fixing up a 52 F-3 and restoring a 52 F-1. The safety latches on both hoods just kind of dangle in the wind since the springs were shot. Since I found out that nobody carries or reproduces the springs for these trucks, I was curious to what people did to fix theres? I've since fixed mine with stock OEM looking springs that I have fabbed myself from raw material. I figure that safety catch is something I tend to like having operating the way it's meant to
