Napa brake calipers or dealer?

Napa brake calipers or dealer?
I need to replace a brake caliper on '01 F250. I'd like to go aftermarket but funds don't allow it. It's a daily driver with little towing done. If I go with the Napa caliper I can replace both rear calipers at once. The dealer cost is almost exactly double and I would only be able to replace the one with an issue. Anyone have input on what is the best way to go? I don't really want to be replacing again in six months because of bad re-man calipers but would like to do both since usually when one fails the second is soon to follow.
Caliper is hanging up. Cleaned, polished and greased the pins, still hanging. I noticed the boot on the caliper (not pins) is torn so i'm guessing it's corroded in the piston. I bled the line to that caliper to see if something was plugging it and it flowed smooth and strong. Brake fluid was mostly clear and caliper is not leaking. I probably need to bleed the system and put new fluid in since I've not done it since I've owned it. Synthetic better or just go with regular DOT 3?
Thanks in advance for the suggestions.

I am a regular guy.. Dot for me..
You could really cheap out and get a rebuild kit and make use of a hone, But that way is the cheap way out and probably be working on it in the near future, again
Napa is my store. I would just get napa remans and go with it. They should last years and years.

Hi Beeler...PartsguyEd has OEM for $95 a piece. How's that compare with the NAPA price. I prefer OEM whenever possible.
