Engine identifacation

Hi guys. I need to find out what engine is in this junkyard find.
Can you tell me what the original motor came in this just by the tag ?
http://i1210.photobucket.com/albums/...lack79f150.jpg
If not please let me know what else I need to take pics of so I can take em.
Thanks !
(P.S. if I have to take pics remeber it's still in the truck and it's at a junkyard so I can't unbolt anything.)

That's a crummy pic.. I can't even read it using Photoshop.

Yes, we'd be able to tell ya but how about decoding it yerself? The VIN will tell you how it was originally configured.

Decode it here: Decoding '73-'79 Ford Truck VIN Tags - FORDification.net

Ok here it goes.
8 cylinder 302 2 bbl 5.0 litre assembly plant Ontario.

Darn this motor will be no good for me since I want a 460.
There are also 3 F100s there that I have pictures of the tags so i will check them out.

Unfortunatley there all small blocks.
There is this one motor in this building though... I don't know if it's Ford or what but I took a couple quick pics and got out of there cause the bee noises weren't too comforting.

On the sticker
The middle line says: 6-22H-R00
The bottom line says: E6ME-GA

I can't tell what the top line and the finer print below it says and I don't remeber from being there but I can see a K30 but that's not all thats there.
So do you guys think this is even a Ford motor ???

Darn. If I could snag one of these for pretty cheap should I build it up into a stroker and put it in a bronco or just forget about em and wait till I come across another 460 or 429 ?

That is a later 302, likely out of a Mustang or Crown Vic. The oil pan tells the story.

I see no problem in that, comes with the oil pan and sump you need already. 79-93 Mustang are the ones that used the rear sump pan like that.

Are the parts out there to do it ?
Like used troker crank, new pistons/rings/ used heads, used headers, and new valvetrain ?

Okay thanks. Say I put the 347 kit on it and some iron heads and the aftermarket valve train intake and headers with exhaust would it be pretty bad *** in a manual trans mustang ?
