Sirius Radio renewal costs

My subscption in my new F250 recently expired. Just curious to see what deals are out there on renewal. There initial offer was $169 (Canadian). I threatened to cancel and got it down to half price.

I wish they still offered the Lifetime subscriptions. I bought one for my car a few years ago. It was a $400 fee...but that was 5 years ago. The only catch was that it cost $75 to transfer the account to a different radio, aka sell a car or something, and they only gave you 3 allowable transfers.

I have transferred the account to a portable unit, so it can be used in my wife's car or my truck....just sad I can use to for my 'Travel Link' apps on my truck

Sirius got ride of the Lifetime some time ago, as that is obviously a $ losing deal in the long run.

I think mine ended up being $86 for a year but I added the Travel Link to it since I have the Nav system. Still not a bad deal though. Just got back from a trip to Ohio a few weeks ago and it sure was nice not losing stations while on the road. I have the Jukebox full of music and I have the Ipod hooked up most of the time but the choice is sure nice.

I let mine go because most of the time I use my IPhone blue tooth connected to the radio by sync.

So do you get TravelLink with a basic Sirius subscription or does it cost extra?
