pretty sure its thermoplastic and it wont "tweak" into a new shape without heat, which i dont recommend. if its a bad molded piece, theres not much to do than replace it. if its just partially "unhinged" or unseated in the mount, there may be hope. if you break it tho, at least you have a reason to get a new one. not that im saying you should break it

(a defect in the chrome ring trim piece around the cupholders on the console - yes minor, but hey I paid good money for the rig, i want it perfect)
Does your seats work with remote start? and I don't think the back of my seats work at all.

Mine works with the remote start. The light on the dash isn't on but the seats are being cooled. Let it run 5-10 mins and feel the seats. Keep in mind it has to be over 80° outside for the cooled seats to be activated by the truck automatically. My climate control also works with the remote start as well. It does exactly what the manual says it's supposed to do.

I just have to remember when it's below 80° outside the truck won't automatically go to max a/c, I have to turn the a/c to where I want it before I shut down the truck. It's not often I remote start when it's under 80° outside anyways, so it's not much of a problem.

The back of my seats are cooled and works too. I was driving home today with the cooled seats on Low.

Had frozen ***** and a cool back....sorry to rub it in Tux.

I used the seat warmers this morning and they worked very good...I usually start out on high and then work down to low as soon as they start getting good and hot. Then they are nice and toasty on low.

My seats seem to be working better now. Dont ask me why. One little detail catches my attention tho and i wanna know if its normal or its from my seat being taken apart and put back together.

On the seat bottom, near the back corner where the seat belt receiver is, is the leather nice n tight or is there a little bit of slack? Say enough to be able to pinch the material?

Mine is tight...I just looked. A picture of what you are referring too might help though.

I was working with the truck all weekend...no complaints that the seats are dirty! I'll give it some TLC tonight.

If that isn't the right are or angle, let me know.

I don't have that...mine is tight. Maybe they missed an attachment point on the cover.
