Probably keep what you have based on your needs and driving habits. A quick way to ruin a diesel is by not driving it enough or getting it up to temp. The F150 is perfect for what you are doing.

its all up to you in this situation...

you could play with the 7.3 and turn it into one hell of a truck, if you wanted to do a little hot- rodding it would make way more power than your 5.4 ever could... diesel is big business,, '

all up to you

Own what you like, unless someone else is paying.

I didn't see where you live? If you are in a salt-belt area, that F-250 is going to have some body rust through that is far worse in my opinion than on the F-150's I see in my area. I have been greatly disappointed in that area of my truck.. Rust. I have an 02 gasser Super Duty.

If no salt, I completely understand wanting the 7.3 truck. It isn't going to be used for its intended role. But that is ok, you are thinking of buying it because you want one. That is America baby!

No way would I trade a <70k mile truck for a >150k mile truck. I don't care if it has a gold plated engine.

Got it.
Your rather drive <70 Yugo or KIA, than > 150k Mercedes or Lexus.
That tells a lot about you

I don't think we were talking about schmucks in MBZ. But I probably would prefer the Kia.
