Hi I am here in London England UK with high emission and have just discovered that the air (smog) pump does not have a drive belt so not working. Also that red vacuum hose from the front air bypass valve to the rear valve is disconnected at front and plugged with a screw! The engine has an LPG gas conversion so runs on lpg gas and petrol. Any ideas?

 

First things first! Connect and get all emissions devices working. I take it you failed an emmision test? Is the high emissions on petrol or LPG or both?

Second focus on the tune, change plugs, set timing and make sure the carb, it does have a carb if I remember right, is running good. Check vacuum and set carb up for max vac.
