I don't think I've seen one for less than 3500. For a 4x4 that is in decent shape 4500 or more. I'm sure good deals come along if ones lucky enough to be first in line. For a used truck I guess I shouldn't complain about those prices considering how much money I have in my idi. Rebuilding a diesel will kill ya.

Sorry, that comment might not fly well around here. But you should have seen it coming .
Come on man your givin us Idahoans a bad rep lol. Ah it really doesnt matter when you boil it down, Im the last person that should talk about engine swap and funky builds. If i win the lottery first thing im doing is building a 68 Camaro with a BBF lmao haul it everywhere and let them chevy guys cry thier heart out ,then im going to pull the motor and crush the thing... Might could say im a little vengeful... just seen a 69 stang the other day with a ****ing SBC in it............. well what can ya do besides build what ya want.

So true. Of coarse if I was such a fan of the cummins I would have spent the money on one. Nope, idi is my engine and it fits my project plan. But I always think of something else. We are only limited by our imagination and unfortunitly our wallets. Know what I like about fords gassers? They have the distributor up front where you can get to it! What a novel idea. I was going to do a mustang and swap in the engine from a 67' buick wildcat. My buddy Tom has the rebuilt engine and I thought hey, it's free so why not? Never had the room for the mustang so it never worked out. I always end up going ford in the end.

If I won the lottery I would get bigger tires for my bronco and crush a row of chevys every weekend . But for now I just enjoy smok'n em'.

I have a 1994 f250 7.3 idi non turbo truck has 301,500 miles on it currently and I would love to put a 7.3 powerstroke in it I know this is a complicated swap but I know it can be done so if you’ve done it let me know how it went and what all is involved is it the same if you use a 94-03 7.3 powerstroke is the wiring harness all that’s involved I’ve heard the dash has to be swapped if so that means you couldn’t use a later model 7.3 right or does it I’d appreciate it if someone would give me a full list of what all would have to be done someone that has done it thanks
